The Vision
A Permanent Home for Worship
For years, United In Jesus Christ has gathered in rented spaces and temporary locations. God has opened a door for us to purchase and restore a church building right here in Cleveland, Tennessee.
The building needs significant work: a 20-foot expansion, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, sanctuary seating, a children's wing, and more. We have obtained expansion permits and the 20-foot addition is underway. Permits for electrical, plumbing, and HVAC are the next steps. With your help, we can complete this renovation and open the doors to our new home.

Permits & Planning
Jan - Feb 2026
Expansion permits obtained for the 20-foot addition to the building. Architectural plans finalized and contractor bids reviewed.
20-Foot Expansion
Mar - May 2026
Building the 20-foot expansion to increase our worship and gathering space. Foundation, framing, and structural work underway.
Electrical & Plumbing
May - Jul 2026
Complete rewiring of the electrical system and new plumbing throughout the building. Permits for this phase are the next step.
HVAC & Insulation
Jul - Sep 2026
New heating, ventilation, and air conditioning system. Proper insulation for year-round comfort.
Interior Build-Out
Sep - Nov 2026
Sanctuary seating, stage construction, sound system, lighting, flooring, children's wing, and finishing touches.
Grand Opening
Early 2027
Move-in, final setup, and our first service in our new permanent home. A day of celebration and praise.

Our church building is located on Blue Springs Road in Cleveland, Tennessee. We purchased the property and are currently expanding and renovating it to create a permanent home for worship.
We obtained permits for the 20-foot expansion of the building in February 2026. Permits for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and interior work are the next steps as we progress through the renovation phases. All work is being done to code with licensed contractors.
The renovation is a multi-phase project. We are currently working on the 20-foot expansion, with electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and interior build-out to follow. Our target is to complete all phases and hold our grand opening in early 2027.
The total renovation budget is $250,000. This covers the building expansion, electrical rewiring, plumbing, HVAC, sanctuary seating and sound system, a dedicated children's wing, and all general construction work. Every dollar goes directly to the building.
